Shoulder impingement is a common cause of shoulder pain. It’s also known as impingement syndrome or swimmer’s shoulder, since it’s common in swimmers.in this condition  the tendons of the rotator cuff of the shoulder are pinched as they pass between the top humerus and the acromion process of scapula. The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles . Which are supraspinatus ,infraspinatus , subscapularis and there's minor.

HOME  EXERCISE  HEAP ICE PACK 6 TO 7 MIN CONSTINTLY 
AFTER THAT START EXERCISE  FOR  10 MIN IN A DAY 
PATIENT WILL GET RELIEF 5 TO 6 DAYS
